Job Overview

As a Contract Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Garner Health, engaging with our members via phone, chat, and email to provide education, guidance, and support in utilizing their healthcare benefits. Your expertise and empathy will be crucial in helping members find the right healthcare providers for their needs and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Garner Health members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide education and guidance to members on utilizing their healthcare benefits, including finding suitable healthcare providers and understanding the Garner Health program.
  • Utilize Garner Health's platform and tools, such as Zendesk and G Suite, to manage and organize your workload efficiently.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely resolution and support.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on relevant developments and changes.
  • Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of Garner Health's solutions and services.
