Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of SiriusXM Satellite Radio to upgrade or resubscribe their services, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems.
  • Deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, leads, conversions, and sales.
  • Meet productivity targets, such as contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections to drive sales success.
  • Maintain operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards to ensure a high level of quality and professionalism.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience (highly preferred).
  • A professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Assertive and quick-thinking, with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance, with a strong work ethic and discipline.
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new technology and systems.
  • Must be a North Carolina Resident.

Technical Requirements

To work effectively from home, you will need:

  • A reliable computer or laptop with Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates.
  • A direct wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed (DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable).
  • A high-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset.
  • A dual-screen setup with a separate 19" monitor (minimum 1280 x 1024 resolution).
  • A webcam and sufficient free space (5 GB).
  • A dual-core processor (@3 GHz or better) or quad-core processor (@2 GHz or better) and 8 GB RAM.
  • Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials anti-virus software.
