Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Manage a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
 - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to enhance their overall shopping experience.
 - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve customer complaints.
 - Maintain a high level of productivity and quality, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume call center or customer service environment, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support.
 - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
 - A reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset, as well as a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
 - A passion for skincare and cosmetics, with a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
 - Ability to work a set schedule of 45 hours per week (M-F 9am-6pm EST), with some flexibility to accommodate occasional peak periods.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to support our diverse customer base.
 - Previous experience working in e-commerce or the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
 - Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and live chat platforms.
