About the Role
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, managing data entry tasks, and supporting our internal Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage high volumes of data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion and meeting productivity standards.
- Support internal Account Management teams with data-related tasks, queries, and requests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace.
