About the Role
As a Cyber Security Advisor at workwarp, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities. You'll work closely with our IT team and stakeholders to minimize disruptions, protect assets, and provide information security recommendations to management in support of business strategies and goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities, configuring and analyzing security tools and software.
 - Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures to prevent future attacks.
 - Coordinates with IT and end-users to minimize disruptions and protect assets, ensuring the continuity of business operations.
 - Provides information security recommendations to management in support of business strategies and goals, aligning security initiatives with business objectives.
 - Demonstrates strong technical, consulting, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers.
 - Performs other duties as assigned, including staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the company's security posture remains robust.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
 - A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management.
 - Advanced hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Authorities (CAs), and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
 - Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy for this role:
- Experience with Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) and AppViewX Cert+ Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
 - Knowledge and experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle and development process.
 - Experience working with legacy and modern systems, with a preference for those with a background in integrating disparate systems.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and technical abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
 - Previous architecture and project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
 - Experience in agile methodologies, with a understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement.
 - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive consensus.

- PKI, Strong Authentication/Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Code Signing, Certificate Management, and Data Protection.
 - Java logs analysis and Windows MMC/GPOs.
 - The ability to gather information from multiple sources and independently sort medium to high complexity business and IT issues to recommend appropriate direction.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
We're committed to offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills, experience, and contributions. The salary range for this role is $8,007.29 - $14,413.11 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
