About the Organisation and Role

Our client is a respected NFP/Charity organisation operating in the UK. With up to 200 people across the business, they are dedicated to their mission and are seeking expert guidance to optimise their D365 Business Central implementation. As a D365 BC Consultant, you will be instrumental in conducting a comprehensive Business Central Audit, identifying areas for improvement, and mapping out the necessary integrations to maximise the system's potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high-level discovery of the current Business Central setup and identify areas for improvement.
  • Map out the systems that need to be integrated into BC to achieve optimal functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Analyse the previous implementation and identify the root causes of any issues.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to maximise Business Central's capabilities within the current business setup.
  • Provide expert recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably as a Consultant or Architect.
  • A strong functional and technical understanding of D365 BC, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations or audits.
  • Previous experience working on D365 BC Audits, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications will be considered advantageous:

  • Experience working with NFP or Charity organisations, or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, such as the MB-800 or MB-820.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
