Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining, analysis, and visualization to enable informed business decisions.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources, gaining insights into key business problems and deliverables.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Leverage data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise written and oral reports.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Analyst III at FedEx Dataworks, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance.
• Three to four years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
