Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Remote Project Management Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Reservations association. You will be responsible for leading the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including project planning, execution, and closure. Your strong project management skills, combined with your strategic thinking and passion for innovation, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including project planning, execution, and closure
- Creating and maintaining project artifacts, such as project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or stakeholders
- Assisting in driving the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring a strong connection to stakeholders across the wider project
- Developing communication strategies and implementing processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
- Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management
- Maintaining and establishing effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional Delta teams
- Supporting the development and growth of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
