As a Deputy Sales Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for creating and preserving imaginative store arrangements and merchandise presentation, assisting the Team Leader in accomplishing objectives related to sales, procurement, and labor targets, and supporting the Team Leader by analyzing sales, labor, and reports. You will also exhibit a refined understanding of our products and consistently stay informed on upcoming offerings, maintain favorable interactions with vendors, and establish latest vendor links.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and preserves imaginative store arrangements and merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer engagement
 - Assists the Team Leader in accomplishing objectives related to sales, procurement, and labor targets, ensuring alignment with team and store Standard Operating Procedures
 - Supports the Team Leader by analyzing sales, labor, and reports to inform business decisions and optimize performance
 - Exhibits a refined understanding of our products and consistently stays informed on upcoming offerings to provide exceptional customer service and support
 - Maintains favorable interactions with vendors, establishes latest vendor links, and verifies that all necessary documents are accurately submitted for vendor handling
 - Works alongside the Team Leader to address and rectify any problems that arise within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
 - Acts as a liaison and takes charge of departmental operations in the absence of the Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Over 1.5 years of experience in retail team member roles and at least 6 months of experience as a supervisor, demonstrating a strong understanding of retail operations and leadership principles
