Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies that drive significant revenue growth, account penetration, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless integration and maximized ROI.
  • Lead the development and management of intent tools (e.g., 6Sense, Foundry), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize ABM performance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights, informing strategic decisions and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing professionals, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and drive results.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the marketing team, encouraging creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role focused on Account-Based Marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing ABM strategies that drive significant revenue growth and account penetration.
  • Expertise in intent tools (e.g., 6Sense, Foundry), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to extract and explain actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong track record of managing virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Certifications in marketing automation, CRM systems, or ABM.
