Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Technician-1 to join our team as an Automotive Express Service and Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our service team, you'll perform vehicle maintenance work as assigned, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Your primary goal will be to drive customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

How We Measure Success

The performance of a Service Technician is measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and customer satisfaction index. As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to meet these targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
