About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to directly support two senior CrowdStrike executives. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the success of our business. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the trusted right-hand person to our executives, providing strategic support, expert coordination, and exceptional communication skills to drive results. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure executives' time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging strategic prioritization strategies.
- Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders, including internal executives, external executives, and senior government officials.
- Increase bandwidth and productivity by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities that create an extra layer of accountability.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maximize efficiency and communication by building out systems and processes for increased organization and unified work-streams.
- Provide complex and dynamic scheduling and calendar support for the executive, including advance preparation for all commitments and engagements.
- Accountable for planning, coordination, and oversight of domestic and international aviation, including commercial and private travel.
- Process travel and other expense reimbursements on a timely basis and track the department's quarterly budget.
- Able to stand proxy for the executive during external planning and logistics calls or other meetings requiring executive commitment.
- Vet, research, and prepare materials with internal business units for all executive speaking engagements and critical meetings.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current geopolitical and security industry activities as it relates to the executive's travel.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience supporting a senior executive at a Fortune 500 company, congressional office, or high-profile executive branch office.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience planning complex global travel itineraries.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and high aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate.
- Detail-oriented execution, prioritization, and sense of urgency.
- Polished executive presence, including high EQ, professional presence, and natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ownership and partnership, including ability to draw on previous experience to create systems that streamline operations in service of a unified goal.
- Expert communication, including ability to effectively drive alignment and understanding across stakeholders through efficient communication.
- Integrity and discretion, including ability to uphold the highest standards of integrity and build sincere relationships based on trust and respect.

Right to Work
CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
