About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Full-time Benefit Advocate - Member Services Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our client support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their benefits enrollment process is seamless and efficient. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a broad range of inbound calls from clients in a professional, energetic, and positive manner, providing accurate and thorough responses to their inquiries and documenting call details accordingly.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to work with members of the team to find creative solutions to complex issues, ensuring compliance in all areas of processing and completing transactions timely and accurately.
- Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution, working under general supervision following established procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their benefits enrollment process is seamless and efficient.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection (above 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) and Ethernet cable connection.
- Reliable computer and headset, with a quiet and dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work a standard 8-hour day (Monday to Friday) with occasional overtime as needed.
Training and Development:

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $20.75 per hour, depending on your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. As a full-time or part-time benefit-eligible employee, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
