Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking Disney vacations including theme parks, cruises, resorts, and packages.

• Provide personalized recommendations based on client interests and budgets.

• Handle all planning aspects including itineraries, dining, ticketing, and transportation.

• Manage communication via email, phone, or chat throughout the planning process.

• Stay updated on Disney promotions, travel policies, and product offerings.

• Ensure a smooth and magical experience from booking to vacation completion.

Requirements

• Passion for Disney destinations and experiences.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

• Must be 18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Access to a computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or travel planning is preferred.
