As a Senior Sales Manager (Southeast), you’ll be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing regional accounts, and building long-term client partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

This position is remote with regional travel required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development across the Southeast territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.

Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

7+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise solutions.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Ability to travel across the Southeast region as needed.

Competitive base salary: $100K – $130K + commission.
