Global Learning Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Learning to lead our learning and development strategy on a global scale. This remote position offers a competitive salary of $200,000 per year, along with the flexibility to work from anywhere, while being based in New York, NY. As VP of Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of employee development programs, driving organizational growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

This leadership position requires an innovative and visionary individual who has a proven track record in learning and development, organizational transformation, and aligning training strategies with business objectives. The Vice President of Learning will report directly to the CEO and will work collaboratively with senior leadership teams to support global initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refine the company’s learning and development strategies to drive business growth.

  • Lead the development of scalable learning programs that meet the needs of a global workforce.

  • Build and execute learning initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

  • Manage and mentor a global team of learning professionals.

  • Ensure learning initiatives are measurable, with clear KPIs and ROI.

  • Foster a learning culture that encourages innovation and upskilling.

  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to identify learning needs.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices in learning and development.

  • Serve as a key advocate for continuous improvement within the company’s workforce.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale learning initiatives and managing global teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and digital learning tools.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to create and implement measurable learning strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with organizational development and change management.

  • Ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
