About the Role

• Conducting thorough research and analysis to resolve eligibility discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
• Reviewing and correcting records to ensure consistency with Aetna's enrollment package records
• Managing shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Reconciling eligibility among systems and identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports
• Tracking and monitoring records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient resolutions
• Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform tasks and generate reports

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in data research and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
