As a Customer Service Agent with Delta Airlines, your responsibilities will include:- Securely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, ensuring on-time associations by directing incoming and outgoing aircraft from gate positions.
- Protecting freight, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
- Repeatedly lifting and burdening baggage onto trucks to ensure each bag reaches its destination.
- Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to ensure items and freight are routed correctly to the passenger's destination.
- Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every operational process and procedure.

Essential Qualifications

- To work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
