About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As the face of our customers, you will be the expert in creating meaningful connections and fostering an environment where everyone feels appreciated, valued, and respected. You will engage with our global customers, assisting them and resolving their travel issues with friendly, professional, and wise service to make their experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and coordinating incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, labeling, and handling baggage.
  • Preparing tickets, determining admissions, and routing to ensure traveler's movement needs are met.
  • Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Moving forward and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of accountability when we have disappointed a customer.
  • Working every day with a security mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent relational skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, as well as lift and handle baggage.
  • Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes.
  • Capacity to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, which can include late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet the Company's membership guidelines and uniform and appearance standards.
  • Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa.
  • Bachelor's degree.
