Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at United Airlines, you'll be the face of the company, interacting with customers at gates and doors, assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and resolving customer travel issues. Your goal is to provide friendly, professional, and courteous service that makes every customer's experience memorable. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate incoming calls, greet, and advise customers, label, and handle baggage
• Prepare tickets, determine admissions, and routing to ensure traveler's movement needs are met
• Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create meaningful experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement
• Anticipate and meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of accountability when issues arise
• Work with a security mindset by ensuring that you hold yourself and others to the highest standards

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, lift, and handle baggage
• Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
• Capacity to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
• Ability to meet the Company's membership guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
• Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
• Bachelor's degree (four-year certification)
