The Role: Senior Administrator, Accounts, Bookkeeping, Data Entry & Processing Specialist
This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our business. Your Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Payroll Administration: Utilize your experience with Xero (or similar financial software like SAP, MYOB) to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update our CRM with detailed information from schools and other stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders in a timely and efficient manner, cross-checking details for accuracy to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Document Management: Assist in the organization and management of essential documents, ensuring they are stored securely and can be retrieved effectively when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: In a similar administrative, bookkeeping, or data entry role, with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Advanced Bookkeeping Skills: Proficiency in using financial software, with Xero being highly desirable, but experience with other platforms like SAP or MYOB is also valuable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
- Deadline-Driven Environment Experience: A proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally over email and telephone, with strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Autonomy and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience in working autonomously, achieving targets, and solving problems independently, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
