Key Responsibilities of the Airport Customer Service Agent Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting passengers with baggage pick-up, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Essential Qualifications for the Position

  • Be a local resident of California, with the ability to commute to Ontario International Airport.
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Possess a valid In-State Driver's License.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, adhering to our company's substance abuse policy.
  • Clear a 10-year background check, demonstrating a clean record and trustworthiness.
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with the maturity and responsibility required for the role.
  • Have the legal authorization to work in the United States, as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security clearance.
  • Be capable of carrying heavy items up and down jetway stairs, with the physical stamina for the demands of the job.
  • Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment safely and effectively.
