Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet and exceed clients' goals.
 - Execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners to ensure maximum ROI.
 - Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
 - Educate brands and media agencies on the value proposition of the Reddit platform, effectively communicating best practices and industry trends.
 - Consult with clients to understand their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans.
 - Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles that may arise.
 - Recognize and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into our product and service offerings.
 - Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement, developing and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and growth.
 
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with a preference for experience working with CPG clients.
 - Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, including the role of digital media in driving marketing success.
 - Comfortable with problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors to inform marketing strategies.
 - Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners, including the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data.
 - Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges, with a strong focus on driving results and growth.
 - Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including clients, agencies, and vendors.
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver results.
 - High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products and ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
 - Proficiency in Excel preferred, with experience working with data analysis and visualization tools to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
 - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong educational foundation in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Experience working with digital media platforms, including social media, search, and display advertising.
