Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the company's mission of providing outstanding service and support to its clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and effective support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

  • Previous open enrollment experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, with a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company
  • Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
