About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data related to dental insurance claims processing. This is a 6-8 month contract position with the possibility of extension, and you will be provided with a Chromebook for work use. We are looking for candidates who reside in the United States, with a preference for those in the PT or MT time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Download and upload images from a client portal to the Overjet portal, ensuring seamless data transfer and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA policies and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and comply with HIPAA policies to ensure data security and integrity.
• Work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones, and be available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus, but not required. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A reliable internet connection and the ability to comply with HIPAA policies are also essential.
