Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Finance business group. As a business-facing recruiting expert, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. You'll leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, data analysis, and business acumen to inform hiring decisions and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic counselor to hiring managers and HR partners on talent acquisition, providing insights on talent gaps, industry trends, compensation practices, and market movement.
 - Manage the overall recruiting process, including developing and recommending effective recruitment strategies, job postings, and candidate sourcing techniques.
 - Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the hiring process.
 - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, including negotiating offers and communicating candidate selections.
 - Analyze data and metrics to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize the recruiting process.
 - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
 
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- A four-year degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
 - At least four years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
 - Proven expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring processes.
 - Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Finance or a related field.
 - Knowledge of recruitment technology and tools.
 - Certifications in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
