Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Executing direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
  • Driving the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes.
  • Ensuring region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
  • Driving local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business systems to organizational financial objectives.
  • Executing and implementing patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
  • Supporting efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
  • Providing expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
  • Supporting staff training experiences and career development opportunities.
  • Advancing collaboration and inspiring pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Conducting data and clinical audits and making vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
  • Reviewing patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment.
  • Providing individualized patient/supplier consultation.
  • Through the use of exceptional interpersonal skills, winning the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
  • Providing feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations.
  • Accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses which relate directly to patient treatment.
  • Providing clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary.
  • Performing other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management.
  • Observing rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives.
  • Complying with organizational policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations.

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:
  • Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with varying completion dates.
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and deciding when to escalate issues.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be beneficial for this role:
  • Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus.
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and modifying text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities).
