We're proud to uphold our RACE values: Results Matter, Approachable, Care, and Emergency – a sense of urgency that drives us to deliver exceptional results. **Primary Duties** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering soft-phone (VOIP) customer calls and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries * Data entry into the SAP system while interacting with customers over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution * Researching account details as needed to achieve first-call resolution and provide accurate information to customers * Performing data entry into additional supporting work systems as needed while interacting with customers on the phone * Clerical data entry into various business unit software for job requests, status checks, and updates * Making outbound softphone calls to interact with customers while inputting data into various business unit software systems * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems relating to products and services provided by the company * Inputting pertinent information regarding customers and customer problem resolution into a software management system **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years of related call center and/or customer service experience * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment * Ability to pass customer service assessment testing * Proficiency in using a personal computer with MS Office Suite and other applications * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and express knowledge in a clear and professional manner * Ability to adapt to changing situations and conditions * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks * Ability to provide inbound residential customer service while on a softphone and input data into business required customer relationship management software * Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily * Strong time-management skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we welcome candidates with: * Bilingual skills * Leadership experience * A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment **Working Conditions** As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect to: * Spend long periods of sitting at a workstation using a computer, multi-line phone system, monitor, and keyboard * Spend extended periods speaking and listening to customers; must speak clearly * Work in an open office environment with normal levels of noise * Exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally to move objects * Have the opportunity to work from home once certain criteria are met **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At our organization, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their skills.
