**About The Team**
Our Customer Experience team is the heart of our business, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with our customers. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. You'll work closely with our team leaders and other CXAs to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
**About The Job**
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the face of Rent the Runway, championing our core values and providing personalized solutions to our customers' needs. You'll be a subject matter expert on our products, including fit, styles, and inventory, and you'll be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with ease. You'll also be responsible for sharing customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via Rent the Runway channels for communication (live chat, phone, and email)
* Serve as a proud brand ambassador of Rent the Runway, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion
* Maintain knowledge of all Rent the Runway products, including fit, styles, and inventory
* Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
* Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals
* Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
* Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture
**Essential Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to rebound quickly from difficult customer interactions
* Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at once
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen well and express ideas clearly
* Strong integrity, with a commitment to upholding company values and policies
* Ability to work efficiently and hold yourself accountable to productivity metrics
* Dedicated to providing a Cinderella Experience during each customer interaction
* Empathetic and able to see situations from the customer's perspective
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
* High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (RTR will provide laptop & headset)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
The starting pay rate for this position is non-negotiable and varies by work location:
* $16/hr: MA, CO, OR, TX, IL, AZ, VA, FL
* $14.50/hr: TN, KS
