We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team and work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry, based in New York City, NY. Key Responsibilities:

* **Act as a Liaison:** Communicate effectively between the warehouse, office, and customer teams to research, resolve, and track customer issues.
* **Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks:** Ensure completion of tasks and provide updates to customers as needed.
* **Anticipate and Mitigate Issues:** Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to mitigate their impact on the customer experience.
* **Assist Hospitals:** Provide support with product conversions and special reporting needs for hospitals.
* **Respond to Customer Questions:** Answer customer telephone questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
* **Excellent Communication Skills:** Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
* **Previous Customer Service Experience:** Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints and issues.
* **Technical Skills:** Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
* **High School Diploma or GED:** Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
