Key Responsibilities

As a Fully Licensed LCSW at our clinic, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals with various mental health concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the mental health field and incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • The capability to work effectively in a team environment.

We prefer candidates with experience in evidence-based practices, such as CBT and DBT, and those who are familiar with electronic health records (EHRs).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
