About the Opportunity

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist for Google Cloud, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' data management needs and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify and address key technical issues, develop client solutions, and promote the value of Google Cloud products. Key Responsibilities

• Support local business teams in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities, and engage with clients to address aspects of the data life-cycle.
• Identify business and technical requirements, conduct thorough technical discovery, and architect client solutions to meet aggregated requirements.
• Drive technical projects, including technology promotion, supporting reactions, product and solution briefings, proof of concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in client/partner environments, and participate in meetings, technical reviews, and on-site delivery activities as needed.
• Prepare and deliver product knowledge to highlight the Google Cloud Platform value proposition, using techniques that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information (RFI) response reports.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A four-year certification or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience with virtualization or cloud-native architectures in a client-facing or support role.
• Experience with traditional logical data warehouse solutions, Big Data advancements, real-time streaming, performance, and scalability enhancements.
• Experience with distributed computing (e.g., cloud market, derived elements) and performing technical presentations or public speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

To take your career to the next level, you'll ideally have:

• Experience with architecture design, implementation, tuning, pattern design, and query optimization of scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience in technical business or professional consulting in distributed computing, data analysis, and Big Data.
• Experience creating data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event handling, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data governance on cloud-native models.
• A deep understanding of distributed computing, the cloud market, derived elements, and client purchasing behavior.
• The ability to comprehend client requirements and translate them into technical architecture designs.
