Job Overview

As a Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in strengthening existing customer relationships by conducting needs-based conversations on a variety of financial products and services. You'll work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide guidance and education, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Achieve Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services, including all loan and deposit products.
  • Field inbound phone calls from Regions' customers with a high potential to pursue further transactions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and work proactively with the customer for resolution.
  • Refer customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
  • Work with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • If working from a remote location, you'll need to meet the following technical specifications:
    • Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps).
    • Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps).
    • Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from provider.
    • Satellite internet cannot be used. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders are not permitted when using Regions Equipment. Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.

Training and Work Schedule

As a Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist, you'll be required to complete an onsite training program for 90 days, after which you'll have the option to work remotely if you're in good standing and meet minimum production standards. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST.

After completing training, your work schedule will be as follows:

  • 4 days Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
  • Every Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
  • 1 day off during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
  • Off every Sunday.

Please note that you must be within a 35-mile driving radius of Hoover, AL to be considered for this role.
