Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical solutions or managed services environment, with a track record of success in client relationship management, solution design, and project delivery.
  • A strong understanding of technical concepts, systems integration, and IT infrastructure, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A solid grasp of financial management principles and budgetary practices, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting financial performance.

  • Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and migration strategies.
