As the first point of contact for our Guests, our Hosts play a vital role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a Warm Welcome: Greet every Guest with a smile, making them feel special and valued from the moment they step into our restaurant.
• Manage the Wait List: Efficiently manage the wait list, ensuring that Guests are seated in a timely manner and that wait times are minimized.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when necessary, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Telephone Etiquette: Answer telephone calls within three rings, directing calls to the relevant team members or departments.
• Team Support: Help fellow Team Members when needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
