Our Resort Hotels operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and we're seeking a talented and flexible Hotel Experience Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities: Bringing Disney Magic to Life
- Manage a high volume of requests from Guests and Cast Members via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, responding promptly and professionally to ensure seamless experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving requests or concerns, booking or changing itineraries/reservations, and selling in-room celebrations and activities.
- Actively promote and provide detailed descriptions of hotel experiences, amenities, benefits, and hours of operation to Guests, enhancing their stay and creating memorable moments.
- Lead and engage Guests in a variety of activities and experiences, including exciting seasonal and holiday events and activities, to foster a sense of community and wonder.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, staying up-to-date with changing product knowledge and policy and procedure changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism, applying service recovery methods and following the Disney Standards of Guest Service to resolve issues and exceed Guest expectations.
Essential Qualifications: The Disney Difference
To succeed as a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you'll need:
- A positive, outgoing, and friendly personality that shines through in every interaction with Guests.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with Guests and Cast Members.
- The ability to partner with other operating departments to ensure seamless experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work with multiple computer-based systems at once, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- A proven ability to handle obstacles positively and professionally, communicating problems and suggested solutions to the Manager.
- A commitment to safety and security, being cognizant of all emergency-reporting procedures and maintaining a safe and secure environment for Guests.
- The ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult Guest situations, providing exceptional service even in challenging circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Skills
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your success as a Hotel Experience Coordinator:
- Proficiency in Opera hotel property management system, HotSOS, Al la Carte, and Guest Service Suite, demonstrating your technical expertise and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Schedule Availability: Embracing Flexibility
Our Resort Hotels operate around the clock, and we require Hotel Experience Coordinators to be available to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Weekends and holidays.
- Early morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 am.
- Late-night shifts ending as late as 3:00 am, 4:00 am, or 5:00 am.
- A flexible schedule that adapts to changing business needs.
