Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director for Nursing Education to lead our nursing programs and drive academic excellence. As a key member of our faculty team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our nursing curriculum, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and monitoring of nursing programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students, employers, and the broader community.
 - Develop and maintain curriculum that is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
 - Lead a team of faculty members in the delivery of nursing courses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction and student outcomes.
 - Collaborate with program coordinators, faculty, and staff to ensure consistency and quality in program delivery across campuses.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with local advisory boards, employers, and industry partners to ensure that our programs meet the needs of the workforce.
 - Prepare and facilitate annual faculty convocation to ensure that programs are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
 - Monitor student progress and follow up as needed to ensure that students are meeting program requirements and achieving their academic goals.
 - Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement, retention, and success.
 - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our programs remain relevant and compliant.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
 - 4+ years of experience in nursing education, with a strong background in academic administration and curriculum development.
 - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
 - Experience in a career college environment, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of adult learners.
 - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of faculty members.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field.
 - Experience in program development and accreditation, with a strong understanding of the accreditation process and standards.
 - Experience in curriculum design and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
 - Experience in faculty development and training, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
 - Experience in program evaluation and assessment, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
