About the Role
We are seeking experienced LPNs to join our ECC team in Bridgeton, NJ. As an LPN ECC, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing vital support in a setting where every second counts. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Gather vital signs, collect medical histories, and assist physicians in evaluating patients.
 - Administer Medications and Treatments: Deliver prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
 - Assist with Procedures: Provide support during emergency procedures as needed.
 - Maintain a Sterile Environment: Ensure cleanliness and infection control protocols are strictly followed.
 - Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care coordination.
 - Provide Emotional Support: Offer comfort and reassurance to patients and their families during stressful situations.
 
Requirements
To be a successful LPN ECC, you will possess:
- An active LPN license in the state where you will be working.
 - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting, preferably emergency care or critical care.
 - Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for making sound decisions under pressure.
 - Excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of emergency procedures.
 - The ability to prioritize tasks, remain calm in emergencies, and work effectively under time constraints.
 - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
 - A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
 
Preferred Qualifications
