About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the visual design of Microsoft Groups. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on visual design and user experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business goals and user needs.
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design systems, design languages, and design tokens.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience working with architects to execute complex, animated interactions.
• Experience working cross-platform and with various design tools.
• Experience working directly with clients, running research studies, or collaborating with a client specialist.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Python.
• Experience with design tools such as Code Sandbox, InVision, or Axure.
