Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Microsoft Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their seamless experience with our cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities
- Apply primary technical knowledge to design solutions that meet business and IT requirements, resolving identified technical limitations.
- Act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by identifying and sharing input around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the client/cooperate with internal groups, utilizing established channels.
- Request input from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical items, exhibiting fundamental technical concepts and demonstrating those design solutions' capabilities through design collaboration meetings with the client/partner.
- Support research projects and contribute to check studies for clients/partners to evaluate possible licensed innovation (IP) needs or interaction changes.
- Participate in external designer community events (e.g., conferences, courses, technical meetups, webinars, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with the internal team.
- Participate in conversations around engineering design, strength assessments, and technical development that impact production arrangement application and increase client business value. Ensure that the client's current situation and applications are well-architected.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Four-year degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Design, Business, or a related field.
- No less than one extra quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the temporary position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, logical, and presentation skills.
- Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure).
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
