We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You'll work closely with our Account Manager to develop and implement client strategies, execute financial plans, and provide timely and high-quality financial reports that empower our clients to make better business decisions.Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:- Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
 - Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns.
 - Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
 - Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports.
 - Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports and business strategies.
 - Communicate regularly with clients via email regarding their financials and questions.
 - Provide support on other financial projects and assignments as needed.
 - Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
 
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management in an accounting environment.
 - Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
 - Experience managing multiple clients, balancing varied tasks while maintaining accuracy.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
