Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA/Autism Technician to join our team in Federal Heights, CO. As an ABA/Autism Technician, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
 - Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, and implement behavior support and treatment plans as directed by the BCBA Supervisor.
 - Work collaboratively with the BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
 - Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
 - Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions.
 - Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, and be goal-oriented in your approach.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma or GED.
 - Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in a special education or ABA-related role.
 - 1-2 years of experience working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
 - Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
 - A personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
 - The ability to lift up to 35lbs, and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
 - The ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
 - The willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, plus paid training and the opportunity to earn up to $4000.00 in incentive bonuses per year. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
