Incident and Problem Management Analyst - AGUH INC

We are looking for an experienced Incident and Problem Management Analyst to join a high-impact enterprise IT operations team. This role requires strong technical understanding and experience driving resolution and improvement across infrastructure services.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and resolution

  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies: servers, databases, networks, storage

  • Experience using ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow

  • Strong experience in workflow automation, ticket triage, and SLA management

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud management and compliance

  • ITIL certification (Foundation v2 or v3) preferred

  • Proven skills in process improvement, KPI tracking, and business impact analysis

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
