Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
 - Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
 - Successful completion of mandatory training programs
 - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment

- 1+ year of experience in a call center or contact center environment
