Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners. You will be responsible for answering a wide range of questions, resolving complex issues, and educating customers on the use and care of our innovative products. This is a part-time remote position, with opportunities available in both the Madison, WI and Phoenix, AZ regions. You must live within 100 miles of either location and be able to attend onsite training in Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ for the initial 3 months.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners
  • Efficiently access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
  • Skillfully communicate to understand the initial issue, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve the customer's concern
  • Answer use and care questions, educating customers to maximize their enjoyment and use of our products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service, negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer and company

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus, but not required; high school diploma or GED is a must
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, with product support experience preferred
  • Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a polished and professional style and delivery
  • Must be located within 100 miles of either Fitchburg, WI or Goodyear, AZ and able to attend onsite trainings during the first 3 months
