Key Responsibilities

• Support content creators by providing insights into proper formatting, suitable audience, and best use of language
• Advocate for clients by ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable content that addresses client needs
• Improve and update templates and style guides for agile workflows and help define and implement optimal editorial workflow for given projects
• Manage content cycles for high-priority initiatives across teams and organizations
• Collaborate with editors from various teams to align on best practices and maintain functional alignment

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Journalism. You should also have at least 2 years of experience in technical editing, technical writing, or content management, with a focus on delivering or editing technical documentation for a technical audience.

Essential Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in technical editing, technical writing, or content management
• Experience delivering or editing technical documentation for a technical audience
• Experience with Markdown

• Experience managing content projects, work prioritization, and partner expectations
• Experience influencing others and organizing work so that tasks are efficient and address client needs
