Job Summary
As an Account Manager, Clinical Preliminaries, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing strategic sales strategies, and driving business growth across the verticals of RWE Clinical. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client account and relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to grow business and expand our market share.
 - Sales strategy and planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and presenting solutions to clients.
 - Client account development: Drive client account growth and development across the verticals of RWE Clinical, including trials business, patient enrollment, decentralized clinical trials (DCT), HEOR, and epidemiological studies.
 - Collaborative sales approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
 - Proposal development and management: Lead and assist with delivering proposals to clients, coordinating bid guard strategies, and ensuring that sales strategies align with client goals.
 - Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
 - Performance management: Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting sales strategies as needed.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences, business, or marketing.
 - Proven sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
 - Experience with sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
 - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree or MBA.
 - Experience in the clinical trials or RWE space.
 - Certification in a related field, such as clinical research or sales.
