**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive overall customer experience when dealing with COMC. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and upholding COMC values, quality standards, and exemplifying C.A.R.D. culture. **Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining targeted customer satisfaction ratings.
* Own and monitor the progress of the resolution of customer issues, ensuring response times align with established SLAs.
* Communicate with customers to understand and diagnose and resolve the issue, using judgment to escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or the CS Technical Support team for resolution.
* Assist customers with website navigation, placing orders, submitting consignment items, and other general inquiries.
* Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Good judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Passion for sports cards, gaming cards, and collectibles is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc.).
* Deep knowledge of trading card industry and collecting experience is strongly preferred.
