About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VOC) Transformation and Innovation team. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of our VOC strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement the VOC strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone large data platform and Qualtrics survey platform.
 - Develop and maintain robust data models, leveraging Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver high-quality and accurate analytical insights.
 - Design and develop software programs, automation tools, and data pipelines to support VOC data processing and analytics.
 - Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
 - Work closely with stakeholders from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, and analyze VOC data for various use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on VOC and customer experience analytics.
 - Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell scripting languages.
 - Strong understanding of data processing, data warehousing, and data visualization concepts.
 - Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
 - Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, with experience in implementing predictive models and algorithms.
 - Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
