Our team is passionate about data, technology, and collaboration, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: ### Information Extraction * Identify and extract relevant information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers * Develop and maintain strong relationships with data vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow * Create high-quality reports and dashboards that meet business requirements and drive informed decision-making ### Information Perception and Revealing * Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders * Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports and dashboards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions ### Cross-functional Collaboration * Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Science, and Information Designing teams to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes * Provide data and analytical expertise to support business initiatives and drive growth * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration ### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity * Execute thorough quality assurance cycles to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity * Identify potential data issues and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them * Collaborate with data governance teams to develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms * 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms * 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and reporting projects * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications** * Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack * Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams **Education** * Four-year degree in a relevant field or HS Diploma and 4 years of experience required **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $23/hour * Remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team in a rapidly growing industry * Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
